華梵大學美術與文創學系碩士生林楷媛參加「2023TICCPA國際菁英盃」競賽，以獨特的水墨畫渲染技巧製作果凍花甜點，在餐飲類「果凍花花卉造型組」擊敗其他科班選手奪金，就讀美術系碩專班的母親張芸青也同時贏得「果凍花創意組」銀牌；美術母女檔斜槓餐飲卻摘金奪銀，成為本屆最大黑馬。
